Life with Henry ...
As many of you know, I have a cat. I adopted him in 2009 after a class field trip to Petco! It was meant to be, because the cat I saw during the field trip (that I intended to take home) was already being adopted when I got there! And my cat, named "Matt" at the time, had just arrived for adoption that afternoon. Anyway... I fell in love with the little guy and renamed him "Henry". His "grown up" name is Henric - which is Swedish and means "home ruler" - perfect for a cat, right?
My "little" guy has grown up. According to the vet, she thinks he's at least part Maine Coon, which means he's a "big" guy. Henry recently claimed this box as his own and I added his blanket - it amazes me how such a big cat always likes to squeeze himself into the smallest, tightest places. :)
